The Brief

Dawleys have worked with Royal Mail for over 20 years handling campaign responses, cleaning and maintaining the Royal Mail’s customer database and carrying out fulfilment. Royal Mail’s Watch&Win scheme was set up to incentivise Royal Mail operational staff to ‘spot’ possible business opportunities. Should a successful referral result in a new contract being set up the ‘spotter’ receives a reward. Our business knowledge and outbound call skills made Dawleys the partner of choice to carry out pre-qualification telephone calls, to the referred companies, to identify genuine opportunities for Royal Mail Sales follow up.
