Response Handling & Data Capture

From registration forms to mail order coupons we have facilities to handle responses via mail, web, email, telephone and even good old fax. Our large mailroom facility handles over 25,000 inbound mail items per week. We have a secure handling team to open and process orders containing cheques, cash, credit card and postal orders which are Charity Commission and PCI-DSS compliant.

Web data containing customer orders can be supplied in electronic file format via a suitable secure data transfer method and imported into our fulfilment system for processing or if you let us, we can access your systems to draw down the required data. 

All datacapture is Postcode Address File (PAF) verified and our agents fully trained. We can capture directly into your customer database (if you give us permission!) or into standalone files for loading into your systems. Any files we build will incorporate as many validation rules as possible to ensure the accuracy of the data we capture for you. Hard copy forms are stored for an agreed amount of time and then securely shredded on site and where possible sent for recycling.
