Not only has Cerys shown exceptional dedication to her role, continually exceeding expectations with her can-do attitude and unwavering commitment, but she has also been recognized as a finalist for the prestigious Apprentice Student of the Year award
Cerys’s journey has been one of true inspiration. Balancing her studies with the hands-on experience, she has become a respected member of the Dawleys family, impressing colleagues and customers alike with her professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service.
Cerys is now working in one of our Customer Service Teams and has become one of the key members able to help on all aspects of the job handling calls, emails and helping out with returns. She has also had the opportunity to expand her knowledge and expertise by attending a product training week in Germany.
Her achievement is a testament to her hard work and the robust apprenticeship program we offer here at Dawleys. We take immense pride in nurturing talent and watching it flourish just like Cerys’s.
